Firehouse Subs - Clarksville

I ordered delivery through Uber Eats, and my bag wasn't properly secured or closed. The manager falsely claimed it was, but the driver took a picture in front of the store showing the bag was open when they received it. Additionally, I specified no onions on my order, which is clearly indicated on the receipt, but I still received onions.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent. However, when we got back to our hotel, we noticed that they only gave us one spoon for the soup and no forks for our salads. Normally, this wouldn't be a huge issue, but since we were at a hotel, we had to share the spoon to eat our salads. The biggest disappointment was that they also forgot my cookie, which I had been really looking forward to as a sweet treat after my meal.

The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the subs were, as always, fantastic!

The food is fresh and delicious, making it a great value for the price. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the dining area is clean.

My husband and I dined here for the first time yesterday and received a warm welcome as soon as we entered. The staff was very polite, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be returning because we loved our experience!
