I think his name was Gabriela.. that what it said on my ticket. said hello to my little one and brought our food and drinks to the table. he brought someone else to eat and asked us how everything was! he even got a spill behind the counter super fast! as a former manager of several fast food facilities I really love to go into one and it is like a well-oiled machine ran! very clean, friendly hardworking staff and even fresh flowers on the table. I will definitely return.maybe for a job!
One of the best Chick-fil-A stores in the region! shhhhhh says no one? but it is a hidden gem. hardly one of these super long lines in drive thru. super fast and excellent customer service
Dont ever get the coffee,not even the most grizzled veteran will enjoy it. Food is good, but everytime i ask for no sauce they give me sauce packets. I dont want them, they go right in the trash, why.
I hate to say, but this was my worst experience at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. We ordered our food and sat down. The worker brought our drinks. Then, what appeared to be the manager, came with our food in a bag and just tossed it down on the table, from a distance, and proceeded to answer the phone and walk away. Did not speak, didn’t ask if we needed any condiments, nothing. My wife went to the counter to get mayo and ketchup. It took 10 minutes of standing for someone to acknowledge she was there and get her what she needed. The food was good, one order was wrong, but we didn’t think we would get anywhere to correct it. I went up to get an ice cream cone. Placed my order and stood there for 7 minutes before I asked, is anyone going to make the cone. The worker told someone and in two seconds the made the cone. The place was not well kept, debris on the floor and seemed to need a good mop. Never had this kind of experience at a Chick-fil-A across the country.
My wife found a bug in her food. I reached out immediately and didn’t hear anything back. I followed up a week later and still didn’t hear anything. I just sent a final follow up about this but I highly doubt I’ll get any resolution to this. I don’t recommend this location due to the lack of sanitation and poor customer support.(UPDATE) I was just called by someone at the store location. Was given a generic apology and offered two free salads. (We have no desire to have another salad from this or any other location) After months without any contact or attempt at resolution, this did nothing to help.
