This restaurant is the highlight of my week. The staff is friendly, the location is comfortable and cozy, and they serve the best coffee I've ever had. Additionally, they offer the complete BRCC line of coffee products and always have them in stock.

I believe it is unnecessary to ask customers if they want to tip the barista as it can put them in an uncomfortable position. Tips should be earned for excellent service, not requested. In terms of my experience at this restaurant, no one was impolite to me. I have been there twice and the staff were always friendly. The first time I ordered a mocha, it was delicious. However, when I ordered it again on my second visit, it tasted mediocre and I was once again asked if I wanted to tip. I am looking for consistency in the quality of my drinks and I prefer to avoid feeling pressured to tip. It is important for the staff to take delight in providing great service, rather than expecting tips.

I enjoy this place very much. The ambiance is cool and the staff is friendly. I love the music they play and the coffee is delicious. The bathroom is quirky and adds to the charm of the restaurant.

High prices, very narrow drive through, large coffee, nice staff, fast service, clean inside and outside. the massive HUGE tip bucket in the car through the window is sticky. they wonder if they pay for the personal. they must give the first questioned free product, there are always many of them that are very serious. it's a nice new location, but at the time I miss the quarters (handheld power washer) car wash that used to be there.

I was so excited to find this place. We love black rifle coffee it is our favorite. hard to find in our area. Steve who helped was friendly nice and helpful. I would definitely drive 4 hours just to come back. Learned they have a website and can sign up for a membership. Black rifle coffee is the best coffee and stands for something great.
