Costco Food Court - Clarkston

Always find great food at reasonable prices. Good wine selection to go with high quality meat and seafood. Handmade cheese with organicberries complete my purchases. On the way out, the gas is always cheap and easily accessible.

I really enjoy this Costco. The staff is friendly. I'm not quite sure about the management, as I haven't had any interactions with them in recent years.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years, but today was a different experience altogether. Perhaps it was a case of testing my patience? Just kidding! But seriously, we often bring our own stress to situations like this. It feels like people are just tossing items back into the shopping cart after they’ve taken them out and placed them on the conveyor belt, without a word of explanation. How are we supposed to know what you want if you don’t communicate? There were chips and chicken scattered everywhere. What a chaotic scene!

We love our Costco! We never had a bad interaction with everyone here, even other customers. It is a relaxing place for shopping, at least for us. We grocery store here at least once a week, sometimes more. There is always a good variety of just everything you need. Not just food. The gluten-free and vegetarian options grow slowly and we appreciate it. The bakery is always a good access to a birthday cake (this butter cream filling! and their pumpkins are crazy. Deli saved the day for dinner with more than one occasion. The Taco Kits and Rotisserie Chicken are our favorites. We also love that we can buy good quality affordable clothes here. They don't throw the price up like everyone else.

I love shopping at Costco as I always find lots of good deals but today I had a bad experience with a Snarky cashier. I was shopping with a friend, we had to do 3 transactions when it?s my turn to pay for my part, the unfriendly cashier asked what type of payment I?d be using I answered credit and he had made a comment in an irritable tone that a non member can?t pay with card? but I am a member and in fact was holding my membership card and I am fully aware of accepted modes of payment. No apology said after I said I am a member and will be paying with a Visa card. We were in a hurry and almost tired so I did not bother to waste any time or energy to have any interaction with the cashier and the other guy helping him. I?d been shopping in this Costco branch often so this experience left me with really bad impression and I had been in several Costco and this is the first time I ever experienced this kind of customer service.
