Meatbox was fire. Meat soft and juicy. Chips to perfection. Packed full.

What a PATHETIC experience!Ordered via Uber Eats, saw that delivery was going to take almost an hour! We had contacted the delivery driver to ask if we could collect, he had no issues and we had no issues in still paying the delivery fee. My husband gets to the store and they absolutely REFUSE to hand over the food, despite us having proof that we’ve been in touch with the driver (and we’ve collected at other places too with no issues! a young guy in the store was almost about to hand over our ALREADY MADE ORDER, but then the 2 older guys told him No! They made a huge issue out of nothing, the driver had 2 pickups, we were actually helping him out and again he’d still get paid for it! Nope Kurdish Kebabs decided to play hardball. We message the driver to ask him to continue with delivery for us. He get’s there and guess what? THEY CANCELLED OUR ORDER ON US, EVEN THO IT WAS ALREADY MADE!!! Seriously? The poor driver called us, Explained it was cancelled (first we heard about it! and so I ask to speak to shop staff, some complete and utter idiot gets on and pretends he can’t hear me. As soon as I raised my voice and started to get irrate SUDDENLY he could hear me, HE WAS ABSOLUTELY FOUL and refused to listen to me. We have been loyal customers ever since you opened the store way back in the early 00’s WE WILL NEVER EVER ATTEND YOUR RESTAURANT AGAIN, the fact you cancelled our order despite it was already made? What a pathetic excuse and poor use of power.Disgusting customer service and even foul behaviour as the younger (idiot I spoke to on the phone had tried to step/flex on my husband in the store… you don’t do that to people fool! Especially PAYING customers! We will be taking our business to Boss Kebabs in Butler from now on, you can keep your nasty meathead customer service mentality to yourself!!!!0.5 stars is a more fitting rating.

Have been getting Kebabs every Thursday for years now. Never had a complaint. We are however, not a huge fan of the new lamb being used. Pity.

There was plenty of meat and salads in the wrap. And the service wss friemdly took about8 mins
