Adamston, Clarksburg WV wouldn't answer the phone. Had a birthday party take out order. ordered the pizza at the store to carry out.

So, I've ordered pizzas here for a while. Pizza is fine, no issues there. But they handle their orders before 6:00 PM (and often later, through Door Dash. I almost never get my full order, but often just drinks so I have let it slide. Today, I didn't get a whole pizza (or a drink. Will not order here again. Pizza Hut has always been one of my son’s favorite restaurants. I have ordered from this particular Pizza Hut frequently. Despite often receiving a lower than expected quality of food, we still tip well and don't call them about the food not being up to par. (It’s the one closest to home that delivers). Ordered via door dash and never received the order. I spoke directly to door dash and was told to contact the store as the driver was advised that the order was not made and wouldn’t be ready for over an hour.
