El Jinete Mexican - Clarkesville

I go here fairly often (maybe once every other month) and the food is always solid with big portions and priced reasonably. Since going vegetarian it's been one of my favorite spots locally due to the amount of vegetarian options. Veggie fajitas are only $9 and huge portion plus rice beans included.

Service was great and attentive! Nice dining area. The Vegetarian Fajitas were incredible!!! I ordered them without cheese and sour cream, and they got the order perfect! The fajita flavor of those veggies was astronomical! LOVED those fajitas!

Went here for the first time yesterday, got a shredded chicken quesdilla with cheese rice and it was so good. Will definitely be back.

Welcome to your new favorite Mexican spot! Super clean, friendly service, amazing food and fantastic environment. Gaby served us along with her helpers, Brian and Anthony. They were a great team, and our food was fresh fast. We were a group of 8 on a busy Friday night.

I also noticed that the food didn’t seem to be served fresh, as it looked like it had been taken out of a plastic bag and then placed back in. It’s frustrating to have my order messed up so often. The food was really good, but given that even with lunch prices, I ended up paying over $30 for two meals, when both should have been under $8 each, it felt too expensive for the amount of food I received. Despite these issues, I likely will go back.
