Garrison House - Clarinda

The food was great, but the service was slow. I don't know what would have happened if they were busy.

Since the town was bustling with visitors for the band event, we decided to grab lunch there as well. The food was simple yet incredibly tasty—I can’t express how fantastic it was. It’s clear that everything is made in-house rather than being pre-made and bought from a truck. The atmosphere was lovely—quiet, uncomplicated, and cozy. I could easily imagine curling up with a book in a big chair and dozing off afterward. This will definitely become our go-to spot whenever we are in Clarinda in the future!

I absolutely love the lattes and smoothies here. The food is consistently delightful.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. I placed a sizable order, and they had everything ready for me in about 20 minutes, even after a busy period. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While their menu doesn't offer a lot of vegetarian options, they were accommodating and made adjustments to suit my needs.
