The Refuge - Clarendon County

I was craving pancakes but due to my food allergies there hard to find. These oat pancakes made with oat milk where a different texture but were very good.

The place is filthy and they are not Vegan like it says when searching maps

The food was incredible, definitely recommend the gnocchi:

Maybe good for breakfast but avoid for dinner. Wasn't busy at all. Waited 50 minutes for four plates… soup/salad, burger, salmon, chicken. Two plates came out cold. Burger wasn't cooked to the proper temperature. Portions super small. 160 dollar tab. Definitely not fine dining or worth that bill.

The apps were good, the place was pretty but the entrees were not good. We got the filet and chicken and neither were good. Probably a good spot if you're looking for a salad or burger but not a full dinner.
