Let someone wait for a mobile order only to find out they are out of one of the ingredients. However, they still tried to pass off the drink like nothing was wrong. Each time I give this location another try, I just get more disappointed. Well NEVER AGAIN..!!
I rarely get decaf drinks. However I was desperate for something at 5pm. The order even said decaf on the board. I wouldn’t have know it was caffeine if I didn’t stay up until 4am the following day. This has never happened to me. I wanted a tea but they recommended me getting a coffee but decaf. I was hesitant, and now I know why.
Fast friendly service with an exceptionally high demand. While crowded and prone to long lines, the staff really knows how to handle the customer flow and pump orders out quickly. I strongly recommend mobile ordering before you leave to get your coffee, and try to tip nicely if you can as the staff is overworked and yet resilient.
Never a full cup of coffee with way to much ice, I would go to a different location for a better experience.
Today, I received a pink drink with spoiled coconut milk. Disgusting, I was traveling and unable to turn around.
