Red Fish - Clarendon County

The restaurant was calm and clean. The food was good.

Always a must when we are on HHI. Even seems to get better every time. The Sea Bass was exceptional. Fried Calamari delicous. Fair prices and good wines.

Very overpriced for a meal that was sloppily prepared and hard to recognize as “Blackened Grouper”. Seemed to be the same “sauce” on 3 of our entrees. The meals were not worth the price.

Very diverse local and seasonal appetizers and main menu items. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great chimichuri, goes great on many items.

We had a very enjoyable early evening meal sitting on the outdoor deck. Three of the four meals received excellent reviews. Red Fish had an interesting sounding take on Shrimp 'n Grits. I couldn 't resist trying it. Their version of this Low Country meal included kale and fried okra. For me, this was not a pleasing combination and not one I would try again.
