Spectacular food server by great staff in a warm environment.

This review is about our experience while visiting Pomodori, on October 31st, 2022. The older male waiter with black hair and glasses, is the principal reason for 1 STAR. The food was warm, not hot, but we did not mention it to him. My Sis, loves this restaurant, they eat at the Pomodori, each visit to the Island. There were 5 adults in our group. Pomodori was referred to us by friends visiting HHI, so we joined them for dinner. The food was average and needed to be “tweaked/seasoned” Our server was interesting; cordial but intense. He appeared annoyed with question about the menu at times. Food portions were generous but lacked flavor..we remedied lack of flavor w/extra grated Parmesan, olive oil and black pepper. I live two hours away and would make the drive just for the Orecchiette Con Salsiccia. Quite possibly the best pasta dish I’ve ever had. Lauren our server was perfection. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without hovering. Like she has a sixth sense.
