Applebee's Grill - Clarendon County

Terrible service! Took 20 minutes for a drink from the bar, meanwhile watched the bartender talk on her phone. Waitress was horrible. Now into 45 minutes waiting for a salad. Will not return.

My online order was not ready as requested and this Applebee's had no curbside delivery. When I arrived the text link did not work. It said no order found and I had to go inside. The order was placed 45 minutes before I arrived. It was not crowded or busy at 3:15 p.m. in the afternoon. Very disappointed.

I 've never had a negative experience at an Applebee 's so it 's my 'go-to ' when I 'm on the road don 't have time for disappointment. I ate at the bar here last night and had the usual good experience — exactly what I expected! The staff was having fun and doing a good job, so the atmosphere was light and enjoyable! Applebee 's is consistent if nothing else, and this restaurant delivered as well!

Waited 30 min after the app specified for my to go order. A group (6 other customers) were told they were backed up, but I hear this every time I go there. This was my last time. Food was cold, so it had been sitting most likely. At least two staff members thought is was better to stand at someone’s table and talk for 10+ min while we waited.

My best friend and I went here for lunch, and our waitress Kelsey was amazing, she checked on us, she made sure we got everything! i got the Whisky Burger and it was amazing! I will definitely be coming back here!
