We ordered Tom Yum Goong, Noodles with Prawns, and Spicy Chicken with Basil. While the dishes were a bit spicier than I prefer, it was a nice change from the usual fare.
My wife started with the Pla Koong, which was Tiger Prawns in a chili paste with lemongrass and cucumber, served with a side of tomato and spring onion salad. She found it to be very flavorful. I opted for the Tom Kha, a spicy coconut soup with lemongrass and Thai herbs, with prawns. For our main dishes, my wife chose a spicy chicken with basil, while I went for the sizzling noodle stir-fry with chicken in a spicy sauce with peppers and onion. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Thai cuisine at Chapman's in Donegal. This hidden gem has now been discovered.
