Mcdonald's - Claremore

Terrible experience!!! After I placed my order they got it completely wrong! I told them that it was wrong and waited 30 MINUTES for them to get it to me right!!!!! the place was also poorly cleaned it was so gross!!!!!

Service is not friendly. They don’t honor the McDonald’s app.

Took forever to get food. Waited for 15 mins. Food was good though.

Some of the staff is very kind and genuine, so I appreciate that! However, they have seriously neglected the most important thing: the food!!! Not all bad all the time but more than half the time the order is either wrong or the food is poorly prepared. Tonight, for example, my quarter pounder with cheese was okay, but my small fry was totally INEDIBLE! Stale as a rock : it should not have been served and that was very clear from the coloring before I even touched them. I get that it’s just fast food, but it should still be held to a standard of being edible.

Multiple orders through DoorDash have been shorted food. When called about it the lady on the phone used the excuse that she would “go over the training for DoorDash again”. What training?!??! How hard is it to read the tag on the bag?? Get it together McDonald’s on Main Street or hire better.
