Charlie's Chicken Claremore

The Claremore Charlie's Chicken was out of dark meat at dinner time. They weren't even busy. I emailed the company about it, and the manager was nice enough to contact me and tell me that I could contact her, only while I was at work but not any later.She didn't care enough to reach back out, so I figured she didn't care about my business that much. The Owasso location is muchbetter. It's worth the drive.

Would have been better if fish was hot. I do not care for food that doesn?t taste fresh If you pay a premium price you ought to get premium food

We had a large group of 12. This was our first time visiting a Charlie's chicken. I ended up with the chunk chicken, the rchicken was good and the sauces were good. I got dressing with chitlin dressing, this wasnt very good, I had two huge pieces ofjust bread in my scoop of dressing. Not much flavor in the gravy to offset the bread. The green beans looked good but had noflavor. My Granddaughter who loves Mac& cheese, didn't even eat half of hers and she will eat anything. I doubt we go back.

The food taste very good and fresh. The employees were very friendly and respectful to every each customers.

Enjoyed lunch with my lovely wife. Not all Charlie's Chicken places are the same...I'm sure they're franchises, Claremore in my opinion has a good one. Friendly staff, good service
