We don't visit as often as I'd like, but we absolutely love Billy Sims BBQ. They always make sure to include a pickle, which we really appreciate. While it's not something they officially offer, they always manage to provide one for us.

I absolutely love Billy Sims! I'm very particular about my BBQ and usually find myself disappointed, but they really hit it out of the park! I just wish it were a bit more affordable so I could enjoy it more often!

As for the food, it was just okay. The sides were great, but the brisket was mediocre and lacked flavor. The BBQ sauce might appeal to those who enjoy a thin, vinegar-based style, but fans of Kansas City-style barbecue will likely be disappointed.

The food was served hot and fresh, and the service was excellent. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was between $50 and $100. Overall, I'd rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend trying the sauce!
