I guess I should've read the reviews first. Poor service seems to be a theme of this location And the owner obviously doesn't read the reviews or if he does he doesn't care.So after waiting for 15 minutes for my sandwich they give it to me on the wrong Bread. I'm so frustrated that I just say please give me a refund. The kicker is because I didn't ask for a printed receipt they can't refund me the tip. So the staff gets a tip and I get no service. This is the problem with having 18 year olds in charge in know manager around.

Don 't come here and especially do not order from the app to pick-up. I order and arrived at the pick up time only to have my order not even started and three employees standing around. When I asked why it 's not done or even started, this was the response from mgr well it will only take a few minutes. Go somewhere else, don 't give your business or hard earned money!

The sandwiches were fantastic, and I really appreciated the wide selection of other dishes on the menu. Thumbs up!

I would like to highlight that this restaurant has consistently excelled at making their sandwiches safe for those with celiac disease. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, taking the extra effort to prepare gluten-free sandwiches in a separate area to avoid cross-contamination. They use dedicated utensils and equipment, including separate condiments, deli meats, and vegetables.

I must say that the staff here is incredibly patient! Adriana, in particular, was exceptionally attentive while my son placed his order. She is an outstanding employee and demonstrates excellent customer service skills. For me, the way they treat my son is what matters most, and they truly excelled in that regard. I will definitely be coming back!
