Mcdonald's - Clanton

Once again, I find myself at another fast food restaurant with self-service kiosks. If you know me, you know I'm not a fan of this trend. I really miss good old-fashioned customer service. The only reason I gave this place four stars instead of three is that one of the managers kindly offered to take my order the traditional way. As for the food, it was decent. If you've ever been to a McDonald's, you know what to expect.

I ordered through the mobile app because I had a voucher, and I found the app to be very user-friendly. I was especially impressed by the staff at this location! They were actively cleaning the floors near the restrooms and clearly took pride in their work. After placing my order on the app, I approached the cashier to confirm that I was in the right spot. She was polite and guided me to the correct area. I also noticed kiosks that I had never encountered before, and it was fascinating to see people using them to place their orders!

The food was incredibly fresh, and the woman who handed me my order mistakenly gave my son a toy he wasn't fond of. She was a blonde and kindly exchanged it for a toy he liked from his childhood. My only issue was the wait time; it took around 15 minutes to receive my order, which was just a chicken nuggets meal and a kids' meal.

This location is what I would like to experience with all McDonald's. Their food is always fresh and they have the fastest drive-through. I enjoy stopping here when we have the craving for a cheesbuger on our trip
