Baja Fresh Mexican Grill - Clackamas

The restaurant had its salsa bar fully stocked and available for customers, which is great since many places still haven't opened theirs. However, when I called to ask about using several portions of pico de gallo at home with my meal, they didn't mention that I could access the salsa bar to choose as much as I needed. Instead, I ended up paying an extra $4.50 for a small container of pico de gallo, which would have been equivalent to about 4 or 5 of the small cups from the bar. The staff on the phone weren't very pleasant, though I do appreciate their help with my order. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location. Other locations I've visited have been more upbeat and customer-friendly, and I really do love the food at Baja Fresh!

We have always enjoyed the Salsa Bar and the food at Baja Fresh. This location is especially lovely, and the staff is playful and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, there are a few drawbacks. One major issue is that the corporate level of Baja Fresh tends to use a lot of salt in their dishes. Additionally, the fajita veggies contain a high proportion of large pieces of yellow and red onion, which can be quite sharp if not cooked thoroughly (and there’s just too much of it overall). Lastly, they lack a decent vegan option. While they could certainly use their current ingredients to improve this, it would be nice to see them offer better vegetables for vegans.

The food is fresh and delicious! The service is quick! They've done an excellent job with catering as well, and many people rely on them for that.

I was very surprised and eat here, they even have vegan options serving the impossible meat. Your tacos are delicious and they have a wide selection of salsas I enjoy including jalapenos and pico de gallo

This is one of the better local Baja Fresh restaurants, haven't had on off meal there yet. Some of the other ones you can get skimpy burned tough steak, or fish that probably should have been thrown out a few days earlier, but at this location the fish has always been fresh, and the steak cooked just right with good portions and no gristle.
