It was truly a discovery, in the middle of nature. Calling it a bar is an understatement, it is truly a point of reference for the country. Starting from the atmosphere, very relaxed and quite. I recommend the appetizer x2, where you can taste everything and everything is excellent, that alone will fill you up. It takes a while to taste them, because everything is cooked and freshly prepared, no assembly line, the wait is worth it The sheep and tripe was nothing short of wonderful, soft and yummy, cooked to perfection. The service, like the environment, is relaxed and friendly, kind and helpful. They work guys, who give it to us, like mules, they really do a great job. For the arrosticini, well, done without, all different and crooked, synonymous with quality, fat and salty at the right point. Highly recommended
Very simple place (it is also a bar but with excellent typical Abruzzo cuisine and remarkable quality/price ratio. Excellent cacio e ova balls. I took some friends to dinner and they left very satisfied (as demonstrated by the dish-cleaning shoe on the sauce of abundant fresh macaroni alla guitar . The ice cream is also excellent.
Locale molto semplice è anche bar ma con ottima cucina tipica abruzzese e notevole rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pallotte 'cacio e ova ' eccellenti. Ho portato a cena degli amici, usciti molto soddisfatti come dimostrato dalla 'scarpetta ' puliscipiatto sul sugo di abbondanti maccheroni freschi 'alla chitarra ' . Ottimo anche il gelato.
Antipasti caldi con formaggio fritto e pallotte caceov semplicemente spettacolari, gnocchi alla boscaiola cn granella di pistacchio super, e tagliata di Angus spettacolare!! Per non parlare del ampia scelta di vini... TOP!!
