This is the best Barbacoa in Juarez Mexico. The Mexican barbacoa is out of the head of the cattle. I have searched for recipes to require Barbacoa and other recipes require brisket or feed parts of a cattle it will be used for other dishes. This is not an authentic Barbacoa. The best barbacoa comes from the cheek the lips the tongue and the brain. If you tell people what kind of animal they eat, they won't eat it. It's better to tell them a while after they ate it. Make sure it is in her stomach because the gag reflexes they have when you tell them what kind of meat it could come back. You can eat Barbacoa with any fastening you like. You have the basics here the onions, cilantro, salsa and do not forget the line. Typically, Barakova is very greasy in this facility it is not so greasy. I really recommend this place. Great food! After you place your order for Tacos (4) or lonche you basically serve yourself. Add your own condiments, salsa, onions or whatever else you like. Don't expect a table if you find a seat congratulations! Pick out your drink uncap it. At the end pay for what you got. The food is great and the lines move quick. You can also drive up and they will bring your food to you but you have to drive off after.
