Terrible service. The waiter took years to bring the menu. We went for breakfast, they didn't even check the reservation. We sometimes asked for bread and coffee, after minutes we had nothing on the table
The flavors, combinations and the service of each person who attended us are super mega raffled off, such as Jasmine who was the one who received us and went out of her way to make our arrival the best reception. Book on the spot on the recommendation of a friend, the occasion was a romantic dinner. The place chosen was the terrace, we decorated the stairs with candles to the terrace. Once we were seated, the ambassador told us about the Mexican philosophy. Once she left, the bar team greeted us with a courtesy of mezcal from miahuatlan, then a popped corn on the cob arrived, they explained that this specific cob is in danger of extinction due to its lack of consumption. After a while some tlacoyitos arrived from the house that made me relive my adolescent stage. To start with, they recommended a couple of entrees that were the chaya empanadas and the Marlin tostaditas. To pair, they did not recommend a couple of cocktails, one was the Tiki Tiki and the second was an Oaxacan sunset. Both with mezcal. From strong we asked for recommendation octopus to the fathoms and the fillet in chilli sauce. We paired it for the occasion with a champagne veuve cliquot rosé. For dessert we decided to order individually. We ordered a corn bread with ice cream and a coconut cream, the choice we shared with a chemex coffee was great. At the end of our stay, Tony, the manager of our service and the bar, accompanied us to say goodbye, gave us a bag with a couple of pieces of sweet bread and invited us to breakfast. Invitation that we gladly accept. Few places have impressed me as a Mexican where they do not boast of signature cuisine but of the roots of restoration. I will gladly visit you, this time it will be with friends for a good breakfast
