La Covacha is the best place for dinner in Puerto Pirámides. You have a daily menu with excellent meals. You can taste seafood, pasta and meat as well as good wines. The ambience is cool, the service is fast, the waiter is friendly and gives good advice about the dishes from the menu.
Food was great and you can pay your credit card. Outside the service can sometimes be slow and be careful with the big beer as it is 1 liter and you do not warn:
A great evening meal including seafood salad and shrimp ravioli, with a local beer boat... delicious. We traveled for a month “Overlanding in a Landrover Defender” through Argentina and spent the day on the peninsula Valdes and finished the day camp in the city. La Covacha is less than a 10-minute walk from the campsite.
Service was friendly, food wasn't amazing but good sized portions, fair price and considering the other options in town very good food in comparison. Relaxed vibe, I would recommend.
