It was a bit disappointing, but it wasn't the restaurant's fault. One of the employees kindly approached us to see what we would like instead, and I decided to go with his recommendation. It was delicious! The coffee was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. All of our drinks tasted fantastic and were prepared quickly, despite the initial confusion. I would definitely return here!
The last Dunkin' Donuts we visited had a drive-thru employee who was quite rude and had a bad attitude, so it was refreshing to come to this location where the gentleman in the drive-thru was patient and kind. I had a little difficulty reading his name tag, but I believe his name is Chase or something starting with a C, though it wasn't on the receipt. He appeared to be the only person handling our large order, and he was incredibly nice. He even apologized for the long wait, but we didn't mind at all because of his friendly demeanor. I just wanted to give him a shout-out for being so awesome!
The service was quick, but a bit pricey. I paid over 6 Canadian dollars for two coffees, while at Tim's I usually spend just over 4. That said, I still plan to come here for my coffee when I'm in the area. It was hot and ready.

I couldn't quite catch his name, but I think it was Chase; I know it started with a "C," but his name wasn't posted at the entrance. He seemed to be the only one managing our order, and he was incredibly pleasant, even apologizing for the wait. We didn't mind the delay at all because he was so nice and welcoming. I just wanted to give him a shout-out because he truly made our experience wonderful!
