Franco's Pizza Italian Deli

Just got some boneless wings. They were ok. Ordered fries with them and didn't get them. Place was disgustingly dirty. Went to get plastic forks, and it was so dirty and disgusting. Went to use the bathroom and refused to even touch the walls.... just gross!! Don't go here!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had . I can’t believe this place is currently operating and allowed to take orders from the public . We actually had a worker (manager) tell us we could not receive a refund after not receiving our food . We were told we had to call the owner the following day . The very angry worker continued to swear after throwing the receipt at my husband saying words I am not comfortable as a woman using in the internet . This place needs to close the doors …

I travel for work. I live in Plainfield IL, we have a Franco's pizza. So I had to try this one. Got my pizza and it's cold. This place is down the street from my hotel. Avoid if you're looking.

$15 min. with debit/CC.Makes it very difficult to buy slices when you have a $15 min. Probably won't be going back anytime soon for that very reason.Pizza was alright. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. I still liked the food. Minus the garlic knots. Those were very dry! I needed a gallon of water to wash one of them down! (I don't ever remember them being so dry! What happened?)Bring cash for slices.Buy a whole pizza with debit/CCAvoid the garlic knots. Parking: VERY difficult to find parking without parking on the street.

Took forever, can barely understand when ordering and were quick to hang up with zer friendliness . ordered at 5:30 it’s 7 and still hadn’t received food .
