Burger was burnt, and I like crispy smash burgers. This was much more. Maybe just an off day for the restaurant? I probably won't return.

The last 3 orders at Culvers drive thru, each time other cars behind me have received their food and I had to go in and request my order. The last order on 2/7/24 waited 25 minutes Twice the manager stated the charges for food would be reversed on my card due to the long wait but it never happens. Very poor service from Culvers employees and manager.
