Sonic Drive-in - City of Shafter

Food was great and the tater tots was filling even a different type of side that hit the spot .

They’re usually decent but I went for lunch at 1:30PM and they told me they were only serving

It seems like the sonic in shafters app never works, They've had the app for years and it's worked! I Never have a problem at any other sonic. I spend up to twenty five dollars a day on drinks and food. Shafter sonic, that's a lot of money you're missing out of my pocket. I'll take my money somewhere else. Generals has amazing crush dice!!!! Twenty five dollars a day times a year is a whole lot of money!!!

Food is fresh and hits the spot for lunch. I do drive thru. They could do a better job keeping up the landscaping. Lots of weeds growing. They used to have a play area but has been shut down since Covid. For the price the food is good.

I don't like leaving bad reviews butsomething has got to change at thisSonic. I haven't been to this locationin a few years and it was shocking topull in and see weeds 2 feet high liningthe curb of the seating area and playground, and the flower beds were full of pure weeds. It was sad to see it in such a poor state. Then we waited 13-14 minutes for our food once weplaced the order on the app, which isokay but we can see when our food is on the way and it was for at least 5of those minutes… our food was coldwhen we got it and the ice creamSunday had melted all over the cupcarrier creating a mess! The blast was also melted all over the top. My chili cheese dog bun was hard and stale, the kids corn dogs also seamed old and the fries and tater tots tasted like they had been fried in old oil. I hope that Sonic can turn it around.
