I was disappointed in the price compared to the amount of food received.

The chicken salad is delicious. Plenty to eat for two meals!! The front counter girl has a great personality and is very friendly! It’s so refreshing to be greeted and treated like she is happy to see you and happy to do her job!!

I'd have given them 5 stars a couple years ago but I have been disappointed downsizing of the chicken pieces. I get that everything is more expensive but I'd rather pay $17 for a meaty half chicken than their current $15 for the scrawniest chicken they could find.

Ordered a 2 piece combo. It was all dripping oil. Ate the leg and hush puppies. I was starved. Picked up the breast to expose a pool of oil. Took one bite and threw it away. No way Hattie would have ever served this trash.

Food was very good. Friendly staff. No AC when we went so it was very hot inside.
