Charleys Cheesesteaks - City of Saginaw

Ordered on the website. They said 10 to 15 minutes, and it was done in less than 10! Friendly service, greeted immediately upon entering. They were busy, she Said just a moment, and BAM, had my food as soon as I said I had the online order! Food was good as always!

This was our first time eating here and the youg boy that took our order at 7:58 pm was nice. We got our order in a timely manner to dine in. While eating our dinner Marcy told us at about 8:15 pm the dining room was closed and we needed to leave. We told her we were about done and we will be leaving soon. She left to the back and when she came back out she yelled at us again and said we had 5 mins to finish up and leave because they had to close up. We told her we will not be back and she said that's fine. We left at 8:20 pm and upon leaving the door said they closed at 9. The food was really good. Dining room wasn't the cleanest and that service was extremely uncalled for. We paid with a credi card and my husband left them a $5 cash tip.

The food is always great when we go there to eat. The staff is very friendly also.

I ordered a delivery first the food was not put together correctly. Secondly I did not receive my fries or drinks just my sandwiches and I am not a happy camper. I order from postmates (Uber eats) and my delivery was horrible and the restaurant did not make my order correctly. I requested a refund from postmates but I was advised the store declined that request and I am not happy at all! NEVER REQUEST A REFUND FROM A DELIVERY PLATFORM AND NEVER ORDER FROM A SLOPPY PLACE I WAS NOT HAPPY AND THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION THAT WAS HORRIBLE THATS WHY IM UPSET!
