And oftentimes there is a language barrier. It’s been getting harder and harder to justify coming to this location.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! AT ALL!!!Used to be a FAVOURITE spot for their hard shell corn tacos!But they don’t even offer hard shell corn tacos anymore, so I don’t spend a dime here anymore!Way to really cut out a huge part of your customer base by completely eliminating gluten friendly taco options!FAIL!!!!!!!!!

Did you know, all the tips you provide go to the OWNER and NOT the employees!I will no longer give this company my business, which is too bad because the burritos are excellent and the service is always great and fast!I provided the company feedback about this concern that they are stealing tips and misleading their customers; I did recieve an email from their corporate office saying they would escalate this higher, and after 1.5 weeks I have heard nothing back.These employees are doing all the hardwork, they are often immigrants, have families of their own, and get paid very little, and so I see barBURRITO's approach to tipping as disgraceful and highly misleading.
Walked in and saw a special for street tacos advertised on the counter display, find out when go to pay that it's 2 bucks more and they forgot to remove a special offer advertisement. I asked her to honor the ad as that's why I ordered it.It was only a $2 difference but if you advertise something it should be honored. As she wouldn't do it I left without my order.The service received today lost you far more than 2 bucks..To the owner reespnse:Not sure what else there is to say.You have cameras and can see/listen to the whole experience, my review came right after.Should be a teaching moment for your staff about how to handle their errors, I wouldn't have bought that had there not being an advertisement right in my face when I walked in and her repsonse really soured the experience.
