Grandview - City of Poughkeepsie

Honestly we cannot be more thrilled with how our reception went at The Grandview, big shoutout to Emily for taking care of whatever we needed. The staff was amazing at taking care of the smallest of things. Very professional and the venue is breathtaking.

Always a great experience photographing weddings here. The staff is so friendly, yet professional I always get great images!

As always, the Bonura family hosts an amazing venue for events from charities and social functions to full on ballroom galas and black tie affairs. I've been attending events here for years and as always, you will not be disappointed.

Place is nice, however there is a harbor in front of the venue and boats make a lot of noise. Quite complicated to hear anything in the place and seems no one is in charge to suggest the boats owners not to keep the engines on and accelerating so much time

We attended a wedding lunch cocktail hour and then reception in one day !!Enough parking but The Grandview Event center building sign not visible from the street where located !! Next Shadow Building sign gave wrong view as directing GPS system could not pin pony entrance to parking lot … No entrance sign off the road giving Enter for this Grandview event center .. we spent over ten minutes of run around .. same with other guests lost same time finding the entrance off the street ..Other then that the service and good presentation was excellent. I guess the wedding couple did amazing selection of vegetarian and other meat oriented food items which where kept separate. It was great event .. great view of green trees over riverside. Had boats parking areas and photo ops for bride and groom on River bank.
