Mcdonald's - City of Oneida

Atmosphere good, service ok, food good, I think that adds up to a 4? Welp 4 star it is.

Whoever is checking the doordash orders before they go out, needs to be re-trained. We almost NEVER get straws with our orders. That's not on the driver. The order is sealed and they aren't supposed to mess with it. Also I just got a burger with no bottom bun. How do you miss that? Sure I can contact DD and get money back, but it's getting to the point where just about every order has some sort of issue. Most of the time it's whole items just missing. Drive-thru and dinning room, I have no complaints there.

Absolutely the worst service ever at the onidea location. Full grown adults that can't understand simple instructions. Then when charged for an item, that I didn't get the lovely employees fight with you and take your receipt. The fries had so much salt on them it burnt my tongue! Ordered a French vanilla iced coffee light and sweet with extra vanilla. Was asked what does light and sweet mean. I guess I get what I get going to a McDonald's if you hate your job maybe you should find a new one.

If I could give a no star I would have. I asked for the sandwich to be made fresh on march 23 around 3pm , because the order I had the previous day was cold .and if I could post the greasy sloppy burger that was served to me and fell into my lap and ruined my work clothes on my lunch break I would have. I will never return

Not sure if someone hates their job or someone is on the rag but how much ketchup does one think another person needs. Like damn, the burger literally looked like it had 20 packets of ketchup inside it and I had to wiped most of it off.
