Pret A Manger - City of New York

Today, I stumbled upon a dish from this charming restaurant, and I must say, I was very pleased with it—it was absolutely delicious.

The service was disappointing! We ordered a lot of coffee and other items, but today the staff wasn't friendly at all. Two employees even suggested that it didn't matter if we were customers yesterday. Management, you really need to change the staff that worked today around 11 a.m.!

Mr. James, one of the staff members, is very kind and professional, and the rest of the team is great too. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the Chai Latte is simply the best!

I do not like to be discriminated or treated differently based on gender, ethnicity etc.. . I am just a customer like any other customers. I am a customer, not a person of other ethnicity to employees. Why do employees treat customers differently based on their race and gender. Every person who visits the store pay the same price, only I assume.It's unacceptable and unnecessary. Uncalled for.

This employee is the most raciest that exists. The employee named E k is VERY OFFENSIVE. What does this employee behind the counter think? 20th and 6th Avenue.
