Papa John's Pizza - City of New York

The service was poor and rude. Upon arrival, no one greeted us. They handed us our pizzas and expected us to pack them ourselves. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Rating: 1/5.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was rude, and upon entering, no one acknowledged us. We were just handed a pizza and a bag to pack our own pizza. Overall, I would rate the service as 1 out of 5.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked about the price of a pizza. I ended up walking out because of their poor communication. They definitely need to work on their people skills. Service: 1/5.

The menu says cheese slice is $3 each. I ordered 2 slices and he charges me $7. I let him know he over charged me and he says the price change. Each slice $3.50. The guy behind the counter was very rude and demanding! Technically he is supposed to charge me $3. Another man came in after me and he walked out. I WILL MEVER GO BACK HERE. ILL BE RATING ON SOCIAL MEDIA ASWELL!!!
