Panini Cafe Catering - City of New York

If you're working with food, please don't pick something up from the floor and then touch the sandwich. I actually saw a guy multitasking—cleaning while working the grill. He picked something up off the floor, slid it to another worker, and then continued to handle the bread. He even looked at me as if he thought I hadn't seen what he had done. Absolutely disgusting!

The food was mediocre and overpriced, lacking freshness. The experience was made worse by rude staff, and the receipt provided no information.

I ordered through Uber Eats and was really disappointed. The fries were soggy, costing $8, and the chicken panini was dry at $15. The cookie, priced at $4, was stale and inedible. If you're going to charge high prices, the food needs to be much better than this. I won't be ordering from here again.

I got food poisoning!!! I don't know how this company is in business. I reported this to the FDA and to the consumer report. The food is either rotting or they have mice. There is another deli down the block with better options and cleaner.

The omelet is the single most disgusting thing I have ever tried to eat. Pure grease n oil. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Oh ya, and delivery took over two hours. So cold, mushy, stale goop when arrived. Again do not order from this disgusting place.
