Neighbors Cafe - City of New York

The restaurant is situated within the hotel. I appreciated the interior decor, but I wasn't fond of the fact that my latte was served in a tall mug. They delivered the latte to our table.

I had a disappointing experience at Neighbors Cafe. My take-away coffee order took an unreasonable 25 minutes, and when I finally received it, the taste was awful. If I were Bluestone Lane, I would be quite worried about the quality of their partner locations selling their coffee. The drink I received was certainly not up to the standards I expect from Bluestone Lane. Instead of a latte, it resembled a cappuccino you might get from a convenience store like 7-11.

Lovely café with a natural ambiance. The spacious layout offers a stunning view, and there’s nice outdoor seating available. It's open late, which is a plus. The service is exceptionally friendly. They serve Bushwick tea, and while the prices are a bit on the higher side, the freshness of the food makes it worth it. This café is located on the first floor of the 1 Hotel, with an additional side entrance on the building's side.

This cafe is beautifully decorated. Although it is somewhat pricey, the hot chocolate is incredibly tasty and worth it. I went there to enjoy a view of NYC from Pier 1, and Neighbours Cafe provided the perfect warmth to help me get through the evening.

Place looked lovely, but food very disappointing...Sandwich was tiny...being in the USA I expected portions to be of a decent size..in the UK our restaurants would not have been able to serve this, as it breaks all the rules of our Trade Description Act...as it definitely wasn't an adults size
