How is it that the same owner has a Texas chicken spot just around the corner, yet the chicken is so different? The quality here is definitely better. At least Mama's takes the time to clean their chicken properly. I mean, Texas is notorious for leaving a lot of fat on their thigh pieces. That's why Mama's charges $3 for a thigh.
