Majestic Deli - City of New York

The food and service were quite good. The pickles and cheesecake were particularly excellent.

Super disappointed with this cafe. The workers are very rude, and they have a nasty attitude towards foreigners. The food was ridiculously expensive for what it is (slop at best) and all comes on paper plates far nicer places nearby with far better customer service. Avoid.

I am extremely disappointed with this cafe. The staff were quite rude, particularly the two women working at the registers. They behaved as if they were the ones who had paid for my meal. When they prepared the wrong order for me and I pointed it out, they responded with anger and said something in Spanish that I didn’t understand. Additionally, they seemed to have a nasty attitude toward both foreigners and locals. I recommend that the owner spends an hour in the cafe without informing the staff, as that would give them a firsthand look at how the employees interact with customers.

Decent food, but they waited until I got there to prepare a simple panini, saying that it was to be served hot. When I got it, it was too hot to eat, even after 10 minutes when I got back to my office.
