Little Eva's Beer Garden And Grill

Recently on Thursday afternoon here. The dishes and drinks are quite expensive and there was garbage on the whole floor in the seating area. It wasn't a windy day, so not sure why there was garbage everywhere.

By far the most tasty and precious food I had on the island. We had hot dogs with Slav and Pommes, both were brilliant! I didn't expect much, but this place was so great!

The Piña Colada is AMAZING. The Dark Rum is perfectly balanced. I'm usually very picky, but this was worth every penny.

We decided to eat here to the closing time, they were almost out of everything considering how it is the only connection to Governor?s island open on a weekday) but they could whip the vegetarian chilli for us, which was warm and with well cooked chickpeas and beans- perfect for a cool afternoon! We also ordered the ?spiked? hot cocoa with bourbon, a bit expensive $15) but quite potent and tasty!

I had the quinoa salad, considered a frozen margarita strongly, settle for water. Great place to hang out and listen to the birds.
