The woman who works here is always friendly and accommodating, in contrast to the men, who come across as somewhat stale and a bit unfriendly. They could really benefit from investing in some good quality Windex cleaner, as the generic kind doesn’t do the job effectively. The plastic partition at the counter, the front windows, and the mirror all appear to have never been cleaned and are covered in fingerprints and other unidentifiable marks. Regular cleaning, at least once a week, is essential. Some might think I’m being overly critical, but cleanliness is directly related to the overall dining experience—especially in a food establishment. If they dedicated time to deep cleaning, particularly the glass and counter partition, as well as the floors, tables, and chairs, they could significantly improve their business. Remember, cleanliness is next to godliness, regardless of language, religion, or culture. That’s a fact!
I placed an order for pickup, but the person who took my order seemed indifferent. When I arrived to pick up my food, I discovered that my order was incomplete. Upon inquiry, I was informed that I received the wrong order, yet I was still charged the full amount. When I pointed this out, they insisted that the full charge was justified. Additionally, they accused the person who picked up the food of taking the change, showing a complete unwillingness to acknowledge their own mistake. They suggested that the issue stemmed from a miscommunication between the person taking orders and the cook, but I made it clear that was not my concern. I asked how they were planning to rectify their error, but received no response. I called back 20 minutes later, but still did not get a response. The dismissive attitude at King Wok has made me decide that it's not a place I want to return to.
I was less than a foot away from the restaurant entrance when we noticed the guy infront just chilling being unsanitary with his personal body fluid and parts.....on our way to order broccoli in garlic sauce but b4 we could even enter the establishment the guy rushed back inside I beleive the owner was outside just catching air infront bitting his nails and rubbed hands thru hair picked his nose typical behavior if you ask me anyway upon our arrival he returned back to the kitchen and immediately went to the kitchen to put someones ? order in the wok without washing his hands so i pulled out my video camara and brought up the topic and she denied that i just watched him leave from outside came straight to the kitchen started to prepare someones food without washing his hands total health code violation ? they gave me the impression that they don 't care aslong as money is coming inn
These people disgusting they don’t know how to talk to the peoples , I order food and they send me completed different food, after that I called him back for let them know about the wrong delivery, they hang up phone on me
