Kabisera - City of New York

I visited The Boiis Co. in the Union Square Christmas shop and tried the brown sugar torched mochi along with hot Milo topped with ube marshmallow. They were just alright.

The portions are generous, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. With the weather getting warmer, it would have been nice if the indoor dining area was a bit cooler, but it's fine since they have a lovely outdoor seating option. The ube beverages are fantastic, but unfortunately, they were out of stock this weekend.

Halo Halo has got to be one of my favourite desserts. And the one served at Kabisera did not disappoint. Each bite was a different experience. But what took it to another level was the crispy toasted caramelized coconut flakes that they generously sprinkled on top. Absolutely loved it. And definitely want to return to try some of the other Filipino desserts.

This charming little Filipino café has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere that I absolutely love. The food is fantastic! The bibingka and ube latte are definitely worth a visit!

Delicious food! The options are plenty. So if you like meat or only craving veggies its all taken care of on their menu. I wish they had more drink options.
