Fresh Taco - City of New York

This is a straightforward Mexican restaurant offering all the classic dishes. The food is tasty and the prices are very reasonable. The establishment was clean as well. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because while the food was good, it didn’t quite reach greatness.

I've been ordering the same dish from this place for nearly twenty years, and each time I worry that the quality won't match my fond memories, but it always does. Without fail. I’m not sure how they manage it. Whenever I come back to Staten Island, all I crave are the Fresh Tortillas, especially the black bean nachos topped with shrimp, jalapeños, and cheese, paired with a Mandarin Jarritos. Afterward, you should definitely pop a few doors down for some ice cream, but that’s a tale for another review. I've never seen anyone leave unhappy with their meal here. Choose your favorite dish and don’t just take my word for it. Bon Appétit!

It's a great spot for ordering vegetarian and vegan food! The tofu and salsa soft tortillas are absolutely delicious.

Moved to Staten Island recently and found Fresh Tortillas&Taco via a friend recommendation. It has quickly become one of my regular places to visit in New Dorp!! Reliable service and food, and never disappoints. I usually get the hard shell tacos (either chicken, steak, or tofu), and the chips&guac. The fried chicken is yummy too.

Really great place to eat at, clean place and fresh food. The staff is very friendly and service was fast. Thank you we will be back.
