East Side Bagel Cafe - City of New York

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese sandwich on an everything bagel, which cost $8.66. Since this is a deli, the cheddar cheese was freshly sliced. While it wasn't anything groundbreaking, it satisfied my craving and was a good value for the price. The service was decent, and I didn't have to wait long for my order.

The food is average, but the staff is quite unpleasant. It feels like they have a negative attitude towards Americans. I ordered a buttered cinnamon raisin bagel and received a sesame one instead. I requested a light coffee with no sugar, but it arrived with sugar. They could benefit from some English language training.

I recently tried the Kale Turmeric Juice from East Side Bagel—and yes, you read that correctly. Initially, I thought, “Am I becoming a health guru or something?” But wow, it’s actually really good! It tastes like a bite of New York hustle combined with a refreshing blend of greens and spices that makes you feel accomplished, even if you haven’t hit the gym that day.

Their Sandwich was 5 out of 5. Price high. Service good. Cleanliness is very very good.

I ordered the Mediterranean salad and the guy says he doesn't know how to make it ??? so maybe they need to actually TRAIN their employees. What's the point of having it on the menu if you can't order it. So then I ordered the Greek salad and he doesn't even make it right missed a few ingredients from the list . First and last time coming here.
