Alphabet Fresh Pizza Fried Chicken

The ORIGINAL CHEESE PIZZA was not freshly prepared. It seemed to have been sitting out on the counter and was simply reheated. It wasn’t made fresh from scratch, and the crust turned out rubbery. I was extremely disappointed.

Your menu on door dash says its just Spaghetti With Tomato Sauce, there is no mention of cheese in the description, please dont add cheese for future reference. Thank you

I ordered two spaghetti dishes with tomato sauce and one baked ziti with tomato sauce, all of which I specifically requested without cheese. However, all three dishes came with melted cheese. The menu clearly states that these items should only include spaghetti and tomato sauce, no cheese! This was a mistake in my order. Although I managed to remove the cheese, I am lactose intolerant. Please make sure to double and triple-check orders before they leave the kitchen. Thank you!
