Don’t eat here unless you have your red carpet look ready. Judgy staff. I’m not sure if it was because we looked like broke students at the time or because I was a guy wearing a crop top that they deemed us unworthy of the same service they were giving other customers. 1. We asked for a table for two seeing that a table for 2 was vacant INSIDE. We were told the only available seats are OUTSIDE. Another customer came in ALONE. And he was seated inside. 2. I let it pass and waited for a menu to be given to us for quite a while. The guy inside got his and a family seated outside who had just arrived got theirs. I had to bug them multiple times to get one. 3. We wanted to order quickly as we were starving. Waited for more than 10 mins. The two tables mentioned above got their orders taken already. Decided to just walk away we wouldn’t want to force people to serve us if they don’t want to. To the management, train your staff on BASIC customer service. I’ve been dining at your establishment with my family for years and I would’ve been willing to spend a lot on your business but we’ll be sure to never come back to such judgmental service. I just tried this store last Valentine's Day 2022 and the food never disappointed me. I always loved Texan barbeque and the food here satisfied my craving. 10/10 for taste and the serving is enough for a Filipino appetite This place interior is 9/10 because it has some problem with its planning like the position of the POS and the maitre d' which made the place a bit cramped. But the choice of colors and materials are very appropriate for the feel that they want to execute. The staff are 10/10 because I heard 1 staff even explaining to an inquisitive elderly about their sauces. She was even able to sell a full set of their sauce to the customer.

Food is so good and there's a different varieties good for 2 and more. I like the combination of their sauces, from mild to hottest, you can choose what you want. Staffs are very accommodating and approachable. They're open to serve for dine-in and take outs. Price is also reasonable, worth it
