Favorite ng family ko ung pansit nila. We always order via grab. Few days ago I ordered siopao asado (from different branch) for the first time and they gave me bola-bola and the quality is not good, I messaged them on their FB account and they are very receptive to the feedback. I did not ask for replacement bcoz ni refund naman ako ng grab, but they insist and send me the siopao pansit! Kudos to your customer service! Service: Take out
