Terrible service rude owner the personal is rude. I would give them zero rating if I could. if you want to use a discount card, ask them for their card. they see them as inferior because they use a discount card. regardless of how good that is eating, I am very disappointed about their service they are very stubborn and they insist that they do not give them the discount, regardless of how often they were in the restaurant before they present their ID, I feel as if I were stopped by the police after I was asked for my ID.
I have been regularly yazu sushi client for years. the terrible food and services I received, however, were disgusting. 1. When I came to the restaurant, there was no personal behind the counter, but the sushi boss and the waitress sat on the sushi bar and chat. 2. we enter the restaurant of the sushi belt is closed with sushi on the belt. When we asked for fresh sushi, we were told that we were eating the belt sushi. 3. I ask you to roll flats and the cook informs me that they are running out of salmon. The workers of the rude made our evening terrible. our party of 2 adults and 2 children was posted on a quiet Monday evening. there were 4 people in the venue and many empty places the staff was rude and arrogant and we could not even taste the eating a very evil and annoying experience for us and our children who were reduced to drinking we went instead to yo sushi and had an excellent evening. so much to support the smaller companies
Could not agree more- terrible service. I too, like the other reviewers, received terrible service at Yazu. A regular' entered and rudely implied I should give him my table as I was waiting for my friend, although I had booked and she was only a few minutes late. When he returned and was given a table next to mine the owner/manager came over to sweet talk him despite his utter rudeness and condescension to me.
