My go to store whenever I’m central London. Has all the essentials I need. Wish they would open a store near East London

Staff are terribly rude. They stay in your way when you’re trying to view products (talking and laughing with colleagues with no concern about you) and treat customers with no respect. I’m not sure if this down to the colour of my skin (I sincerely hope not). I made a complaint by calling the manager and she was upset and said she would resolve.

Ridiculous prices. One medium sized pepper coated me over £1 and it wasn't even super fresh. But, sadly, I needed it and didn't have the time to go somewhere else

Very clean and well sorted. A large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Good cheese selection. Overall, a very large selection of goods that are worth their price.
