The Hoop And Grapes

This pub offers a fantastic selection of beers, has friendly staff, and serves delicious food. Set in a historic building, it has a wonderful atmosphere and is conveniently located near Aldgate and Aldgate East tube stations.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its fantastic atmosphere! The employees are courteous and attentive. It's a must-visit, especially on a beautiful day!

Tonight, Elle and Karam delivered excellent service at the bar. It was a cozy spot with live music and plenty of seating.

Historical place, food was great and so was the charming lady serving us on the day. Overall, we had a great evening.

The Hoop and Grapes is a lovely pub from 1593 which survived the great fire of London. My boyfriend and I went on a Saturday night and wasn’t sure if they’d let us in with our dog as it was a little busy (although not packed) and there was live music on but the staff were lovely, friendly and polite, happy to have our doggy who was no trouble, and they even brought water out for him which was much appreciated. We shared a bottle of wine and had one more drink after which was a reasonable price, especially for the area, and the atmosphere and decor was lovely. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
